Dr. Shaker Jamal serves as the Managing Director of Horizon Law Firm. With over 10 years of combined legal and academic experience, he specializes in constitutional law, financial law, and criminal litigation.

He has represented clients in a wide range of civil, commercial, and criminal cases, including constitutional petitions before the Federal Supreme Court. Alongside his legal practice, Mr. Sajet has held senior academic positions, contributed to national curriculum development, and delivered advanced legal training for governmental institutions
